If you are a sweet cocktail lover this one is for you. Pina is a Spanish word meaning pineapple and colada means strained. The U.S. celebrates pina colada day on 10th July. There are so many variations for preparing pina colada cocktail but the standard method is given below. For a virgin pina colada one excludes the rum and mix all the other ingredients together.

- 60ml Myers Rum
- 45ml coconut cream
- 45ml pineapple juice
- 15ml fresh lime juice
- Pineapple wedge for garnish
- Crushed ice
Instructions
- Add the ice, Myers Rum, pineapple juice, lime juice and the coconut cream in a shaker.
- Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds.
- You can also add the ingredients in a blender and blend them together.
- Strain the mixture into a hurricane glass which has ice in it.
- Garnish with the pineapple edge.
